We are working with John Mercer, who led the US Government Performance and Results Act 1993, and Capital Novus to try performance based budgeting for the first time in the UK.
We support organisations through drafting of strategy documents, budget allocation, internal stakeholder workshops, outcome data collection and analysis, and training on Cascade, a piece of software that makes performance based budgeting easier.
