Miguel set up Aldaba in 2014. He has worked in research and consultancy for more than 10 years. Passionate about social policy, Miguel has had roles at some of the top public and private sector organisations in the UK. His current responsibilities as director of Aldaba include coaching senior executives on resource management, developing performance monitoring systems, and advising on the evidence base for government policies.
Miguel likes leading projects based on clear communication and good planning. His priority is to ensure that the most important messages are easy to understand based on accurate analysis of the information.
